Transition Program & Women Program

Hard at work to give better lives to boys and women who so eagerly desire new chance.

Life skills

Coming from prison our students have missed some essentials years of growing up, but that’s not stopping us. We will help these boys mature into their freedom by teaching them essential life skills.

Mentoring = One on One

Whether our kids come from at-risk backgrounds, or have already been in prison — we feel it’s important we give them someone to talk to. A trusted friend when they need him, but also someone who helps to move on.

English class & Creative Class

In a world where the internet connects everyone with everyone else, English is the common language. By learning it from a young age we help kids from poor families, unable to afford paid classes, to get ahead.

Coaching

Everyone desires to become a little bit better today than they were yesterday, but to do so is a hard thing. By coaching our kids we give them the tools to keep improving and reach the goals they set for themselves. Which, more often than not, is — of course — to become a professional Futsal player. However, we give them some alternatives as well.

Game nights

Nothing is more fun than fun, right? So we have a weekly game night where we invite others to join us. This way we put the participants in social situations where we help them reach out to other people in a fun way.

Futsal

Indonesian boys. Love. Futsal. It’s their national pastime. They would rather give up a foot than futsal…though that would still be rather hard. We organize weekly futsal matches with locals as physical exercise, but they love it so much they don’t see it as a work-out.

Vocational training

After our participants leave the Transition House the world awaits and we want them to be ready. So, we help them to train for multiple vocations so that they are never at a loss for what to do.

Night Class

Life is a never ending learning process. Every once a week we teach the boys on many subject from history, science, sport, religion, education to pop culture. The goal of this night classes is for the boys to eventually have the hunger to study more and more by themselves.

Free and Safe Women

Free and Safe Women is for everyone! We have a strong desire to empower women to feel safe, to share, to grow, and make the changes we know they can. We want to help guide them on this journey as they navigate through this challenging time. They need our support and our love to have the courage to change. We can make a difference in their personal journeys. Each step is a step closer to change. Help us make a difference. Help us be the change we need to see in this world. Help us, help them.

Sharing Love

Starting from basic necessities, sandals, shoes, school bags, socks, or other things. We provide daily necessities to people in need and share them to people around us and even to other island of Indonesia. We send necessities such as shoes, sandals, food and school bags to Papua, Bali, Sumedang, and other cities or island in Indonesia.

Program Requirements

At the moment we only accept boys into our program, because we feel a mix would not be beneficial to all parties. The ages are from 16 to 24, and every participant needs to show a real willingness to follow the program we lay out for them.
