Jorge
Our leader extraordinaire, but don’t call him that. To be honest, Jorge is a leader against his will. He would just as glad be a coaching soccer at the villages or prison than in the office; however, he’s the founder and CEO of Free and Safe, as well as responsible of among many other things.
Irma
Irma is the head of our Creative Department. She does an amazing job creating content in our social media like Instagram, Facebook and our website. Irma’s real heart is to serve kids in our kid’s program. Every week Irma has like million kids running around Free and Safe. She has been very involved in the lives of many kids and their families, specially finding ways to sponsor kids to go to school, providing school and basic needs to many kids from low income families. We are so proud of all the love and time she invests in many children.

Jefri
Jefri does a great job at both being 100% Indonesian, and 100% a bule. Truth is, we wouldn’t be anywhere without him. Jefri is starting a new branch of FSI in Bali. Since 2022 Jefri has been starting visiting prisons and coaching football in Bali. We will have a Transition Home in FSI Bali, where we will focus on street kids and transitioning boys after freed from prison. Also FSI Bali and Jefri will be working together with local Balinese organizations who will focus on solutions for human trafficking.

Cindy
Cindy is our Head of Finance and Admin. Even that people think finances are boring, somehow Cindy its always smiling and working hard to make sure everyone at Free and Safe has what we all need to have all our programs running financially well. Cindy studied in Singapore and of course has the oklah accent that makes everyone smiles.
Marel
Anya Ze
Anya is the Head of FSI programs, and she is responsible to make sure the Transition Home, Women’s and Juvenile Prison programs are running well. Basically, Anya helps keep the wind in our sails. Also, she is in charge of Free and Safe Women, to help them transitioning from prison to the outside world. Her dreams are to empowering and being a bridge for youth and women to have a better future for them and their families. She’s a rock on which we can build and we love having her around!
Beto
Give Beto a ball and he’s happy. He has an infectious laugh and knows how to be a great coach and also IT manager at the office. Every week that he joins us in prison or helping around the Transition Home he tries to make people smile and feel comfortable. If Beto is not playing football, he’s…we don’t know — we think he is always playing football or joking around with our boys at the Transition Home.
Jaclyn
One of her biggest qualities of Jaclyn is she is always ready to work hard and serve all the people around her.
